Returns & Refunds

We are confident that your purchase will entice you into an olfactory bliss, however, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund and exchange on products that are received in a resalable condition within 14 days. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 14 days since the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

In order to be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be securely sent back to us, in an unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Please send us an email at info@nafslondon.com and we will be happy to assist you with the returns process. Please ensure you include the following information: Name, email address, order number and reason for return and state whether you would like to receive a refund, exchange or replacement. 

All refunds will be processed against the original payment method and will be made once we have received the product(s), so we strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service and to retain your proof of postage when returning your item.
